You Are Perfect.
Just about everywhere I look, it tells you the same thing: "You are not rich/thin/clever/happy enough. You need to change. Here's how..."
Pathetic.
I don't always feel this way. But after 27 years of actively taking advice from people who have totally no clue about you, I couldn't help myself but started to think one would be better off without all these 'there-is-something-wrong-about-you' crap.
There's nothing wrong about me, or you. Here's more:
- Like Henry David Thoreau, you are born into the most estimable place in all the world, and in the very nick of time, too.
- You don't need to gain or lose weight. You looked just perfect.
- You are already wealthy enough. The richest person in the world would trade everything in exchange for 1 day of your life.
- You have no reason not to be happy. Just look around you. Look inside you too.
- You are changing every minute, every second, and you don't need someone to tell you what to change (because yourself knows best).
- You have already read the very last self-help book you never need.
